The USAO Drovers beat the Mid-America Evangels 80-77. The Drovers were led by Dedrian Parmer who continued his hot play by cashing in for 26 points and 13 rebounds for his second straight double-double.

“I’m really proud of the way we played today”, Geno Artison said. “We fought thru adversity and got a great road win against a good team. Thursday we have another opportunity against another ranked team to protect our home court. John Brown is a good team and plays very hard, we will have to bring great energy and effort.”

The Drovers got a great game from Artison, who scored 16 points and racked up 9 rebounds. Cameron Hines put together a good game as he put up 13 points grabbed 7 rebounds and dished out 4 assists.

The Evangels top scorer was Cade Upshaw, who scored 14 points with 4 three-pointers. Justin Bogle finished the night with a 12 point, 12 rebound double-double.

The Drovers head back home to Chickasha to play John Brown University Thursday, Jan 10th at 8 p.m.
